I went in with my VW to get a rattle sorted out which could not be found by a VW specialist or the RAC. Even before I got out of the car and turned the engine off he new exactly what it was. I thought that I may have to come back once a part was sourced but he had exactly what I needed there. I got a coffee and before I had finished it, the job was completed. A very friendly and good humoured guy who provides a professional, prompt and courteous service.
